Your moments belong to you, and only you.

To help you create and deliver bespoke digital moments, we collect only the necessary details:

• Account Data: Name, email address, and optional WhatsApp phone number when you create an account or edit your profile.
• Moment Content: Recipient names, personal heartfelt notes, uploaded photos, and selected celebration music.
• Transaction Details: Payment confirmation and coin redemption status (we do not store your raw credit/debit card numbers; payments are secured via Razorpay/UPI gateways).

Every digital celebration moment is protected with end-to-end 256-bit SSL encryption. Moments can be configured with secret 4-digit passcode locks so that only you and your intended recipient can unlock the letter and memories.

Moments are accessible exclusively via your generated private URL. We never index private recipient keepsakes on public search engines.

You maintain full ownership of your creations. From your Dashboard, you can review active moments, revoke links, or delete past celebration moments at any time.

We use lightweight browser local storage to preserve your ongoing moment drafts, theme preferences, and coin balances so that you never lose your progress while creating.
