Honest, transparent guidelines for crafting memories.

Vanvi Moments provides digital tools, interactive templates, and generative AI features to help users craft and deliver private digital keepsakes for birthdays, anniversaries, expressions of love, gratitude, and heartfelt milestones.

By creating an account, publishing a moment, or purchasing Vanvi Coins/VIP access, you agree to abide by these terms and maintain a respectful, compassionate creative community.

You are solely responsible for the photos, text, and audio you include in your celebration moments:

• You affirm that you have the right to share the uploaded images and heartfelt messages.
• You may not use Vanvi Moments to distribute harassment, defamation, explicit non-consensual material, or abusive content.
• We reserve the right to revoke links and terminate accounts that violate basic human respect and legal safety standards.

Vanvi Coins are celebratory loyalty credits redeemable for discounts and special AI creative boosts across checkout (10 Coins = ₹1 value). Coins can be earned through daily games and friend referrals or bundled with select VIP experiences.

Coin balances are tied to your verified account and are non-transferable for direct cash withdrawal.

Moments are published and accessed through unique private links generated specifically for your celebration. Recipients do not need to create an account or pay any fee to open and enjoy the celebration keepsake you designed for them.

If you have any questions about these terms, billing, or technical assistance, our concierge team is always available at vanvimoments@gmail.com or via our Contact Concierge page.
